1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
There will be 2 stages of the Model Search:
Stage #1: Beginning 2/24/08, submit 1 full body frontal photo shot in swimwear only and 1 head shot. Entrants must be a female in good physical condition and 18 and older. Keep it tasteful, no lingerie and no nudity. On 5/1/08, Stage 1 will close and the top 24 models based on Team Tykhe Management votes will move on to Stage 2. In addition 5 alternate models will be chosen. In the event that any of the top 24 models fail to meet the eligibility requirements for Stage 2, that entrant will be replaced by the next highest rated alternate.
Stage #2: Upon announcement, the 24 Finalists must verify their addresses (No P.O. Boxes) and show proof of ID (State IDs or Driver's Licenses ONLY). The 24 Finalists will then be invited to the Team Tykhe MMA Explosion on May 24, 2008 where a live judging will be held. The 24 Finalists will be given a questionnaire to answer. Voting for Stage 2 closes at the event on May 24, 2008 and the twelve winners will be selected and announced that evening.
Photos must only depict the entrant and content submitted must be owned by the entrant. Any entry submitted by entrant, which in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is deemed inappropriate (e.g., defamation, nudity, violence, inappropriate acts, etc.) will be removed and the entrant will be disqualified.
2. PRIZE:
Prizes consist only of the items listed as the prize.
Finals Prize (estimated value: $9,500): Twelve (12) winners chosen during the finals voting period will receive one (12) Grand Prizes, sponsored by Tykhe L.L.C., which includes one year free representation by Team Tykhe, a Team Tykhe 2009 Calendar photo shoot and inclusion in the calendar, and one (1) Gift Bag of products from our sponsors.
4. GENERAL RULES:
Open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who, as of date of submitting their photo entry, have attained the age of majority in their state of residence, or are emancipated minors, or obtain legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Official Rules. Void in all other jurisdictions and where prohibited or restricted by law. You may not submit anything to the Team Tykhe Site, or provide any information about yourself, to Team Tykhe unless you are at least 13 years old, even if you have the consent of a parent or guardian to do so. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Team Tykhe, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and their immediate families and those living in same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners will be notified by email and must respond within 4 days of transmission. In addition, the winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release Form within 7 days of receipt of such documents. Noncompliance within these time periods may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be determined by Sponsor. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize. All federal, state and local income taxes are sole responsibility of winner. If technical malfunctions or suspect selections/irregularities corrupt the voting portion of the competition, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award prize based solely on non-suspect online votes. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/email or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or the like methods of participation (including voting) will void all such submissions by such methods. If for any reason the competition is canceled, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside control of Sponsor or its promotional partners which impair or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this competition, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the competition and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the competition. By participating in this competition, participants certify that he/she has followed the Official Rules of this competition. All entrants consent to use of name, likeness, entry material in any manner by Sponsor or its promotional partners for advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any competition materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Winner assumes all liability for any injury, damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this competition or use or redemption of any prize.
